Happy Birthday Mummy (:
Today's my mum's official birthday. celebrated it 3 times this year. or was it 4? 5? i can't remember heh.
the first one with paternal side relatives,
the second one with church,
the third one with maternal side relatives
today my mum got so sick of the birthday-celebration 'procedures' that she said," Just cut the cake and eat." hahaha.
nice strawberry cake with loads of strawberry and cream. anyways. yup.
tmr last day of sabbaticals leh. nice. hahas. kinda enjoyed this week. not really. hope that next year sabbaticals will end earlier then i can reach home earlier then i can watch loads of movies. ((:
today was tiring. i kept yawning. hahas. then cca. i was half here half there. erps. i dont know. anyway. this was how cca went today:
2.30pm i reached M301 with jessica choo with a sense of foreboding cause we thought we were late.
2.40pm started to move instruments and put on nails after 10min of lazing around.
2.45pm all set, started practicing on our own.
3pm laoshi not here yet
sometime around 3pm laoshi came. but then she went of again.
after laoshi went off: practice on our own
i think at 5 did we practice ju2hu1tai2.
i got ju2hu1tai2's pu3 today. so i was practically sightreading. and hello. i am so sotong when it comes to sightreading okay. whats more Gdiao4. i keep playing the song in D then i will pause stare at the score then the strings then start playing again. sotong right?
oh yeah. before laoshi came i was desperately trying to get my ben1chi2 right. bleh. i got it. (: jiang1jun1ling4 also. left hand left. hahas. must co-ordinate properly. i want to get my distinction for grade8 lehh. i dont want it to be like last year. how many more marks to distinction? 2 marks. and the worst of the worst is that i tripped and also fell flat on my face when i arranged the scores on the stand. my face was beet root red. too nervous lah.
this year cannot let this kind of thing happen again. i feel so embarrassed when i think about that fateful day.
i realise i'm writing a lot of crap here.
yesyes. this is my crap blog. no worries, i have another blog for serious stuff.
oh yeah. i counted. i should get a 80gb iPod. you know why?
iPod thats 80GB, its $598. which means for each 1GB of space, you pay only $7.50.
Creative Zen Mission: M 60GB costs $499 and that's the discounted price. for each 1GB of space, you pay $8.30.
iPod cooler. hahas. but it's huge. but no matter. i shall buy pants with huge pockets from today onwards. (:
what else am i saving for? KJV Bible and crumpler.
wahhh tingyi got a 30GB iPod for her birthday. :) must hurry up save, then i can buy one. (:

btw. if you want me to read your blog, please vet your entry so that there aren't much major grammar tragedies. and please avoid using tweet language or whatever they call it so that i won't die of a strong temptation of wanting to copy and paste it in a word document, vet it, and send it back to you.
i am getting so fed-up. trust bad grammar can destroy one of my favourite hobbies of blog hopping.
